Abrasive Blasting

Commonly known as Sandblasting, we operate a range of Abrasive Blasting equipment ranging from 200cfm through to 1,000cfm high production systems.

Abrasive Blasting is a critical to the surface preparation requirements for the application of our protective coatings, including any poly-urea, so achieving a clean and angular blast profile as per AS 1627.4 is extremely important. To achieve these standards, we run the right systems, the correct abrasive, and well-trained operators. We document our abrasive blast profile and grades as per ISO, ASNZ and NACE standards to ensure our surface preparation is in line with the coating specification we are delivering to.
